This one means “f**k off” in Britain and some other Englishy type countries. It’s a bit like the one finger one in America.

In some countries (eg Italy and Japan) placing your hand in this position and waggling it back and forth means ‘come this way please’. In Hong Kong a man in a temple did this to me so I could have a look at some statues. Even though I knew what it meant, it was still a little confusing at first as nobody does this in England.
