Lots of good people at this show. Find out more about the artists and the book shop here

Here in England we are having the first summer for several years. As you can guess everyone is going absolutely mad for it and having sexy parties all day and night. Here are some of my observational drawings from some of these sexy parties, made between drinking huge bags of warm beer and boxes of chips and fried things.

Working at the fruit and veg stand

This is Tony Yubowa. He is man who lives somewhere in a forest in a hut with electricity recently installed. He is a quiet man and does not approve of the new television.

Drawings and writing from a new sketchbook. Did most of these on holiday in front of the telly.

Pick Me Up is on! Go today and see. I went to the preview last night and there is loads of great work to see. Here are some stunning photos that I took. As you can see, before I did my degree in artiness, I was a photo journalist. I only shot the main area with the up and coming artists in. There are several rooms leading off the main bit that are inhabited by collectives, video shows and Rob Ryan.
To see the show, get off the tube at Embankment and follow the signs (through a little park) to Somerset House. From today until 3rd May.

To the left you can see the giant bum that is sort of opposite my artwork at the show. If are foolish enough to peek in to the bumhole your face is painted with brown, poo-like fluid.

Here you can see the bum closer

If you are a lover of illustrationy graphical stuff then it’ll be pretty hard not to be very inspired by a trip to the show.
Thanks to the Somerset House people.

I coloured it in as you can see. It is called Slap the butcher and shall be exhibited at “Fifty-two”, a group show presented by Calm Air All Ice, an arty collaborationy project. Go and see the show on the 31st of April at Room 212, Gloucester Rd, Bristol.

A nice photocopy of a picture I am working on. The full colour version will be in pinks and reds and whites and greys, with some kind of background.
